Terrace was included. We really enjoyed to chill in the nearby bar des roses. The units are beautiful, modern and very clean. The staff was really HELPFUL. It deserves its 3 stars.

lovely gardens, the place is 2 km away from the nice downtown. sunny balcony was a bonus.
